So you want a puppy?  Begin by following the steps below and we’ll be in touch!

1. Download and complete the LAL Puppy Application/Wish List
2. Return completed form to mkirkpatrick@triad.rr.com for review and approval.  We will contact you by email once approved. 
3. Send a $350 non-refundable deposit (check only) and we will secure your position on the reservation list upon receipt of payment.
4. When you receive confirmation by email of your spot on the list,  please review the LAL Health Warranty .
5. Once your litter is born, we will be in regular contact with updates and details on the progress of the puppies.  By 6-7 weeks of age we’ll work with you to schedule an on-site visit or by phone if not able to come onsite to pick your puppy according to your spot on the reservation list. You will then need to sign the LAL Health Warranty and spay/neuter Contract and pay the balance of $2600.
6. Your puppy will be ready to come home with you at 8 weeks of age per appointment or scheduled travel pickup arrangements.
